Problems on profile pages

We are having a problem with our custom pages, and I'm working with the support team to get this fixed. I know this is inconvenient, and I'm sorry. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I've lost my custom page, too, but it wasn't nearly as fancy as many of yours.

I don't know if this observation will be helpful but your custom page shows up when I go there as do some others I have checked but when I go to my page it has problems however Alyce commented to me that mine looked fine while hers was not . When I checked her page it seemed fine to me. I am wondering if others are experiencing the same thing, being able to see others customization but not their own.

I mention this in case the information might be of some help to the support team is locating the problem.

That's exactly what I've noticed too...I can't see my customised page, but others can...although slightly differently! I have a new Design Studio Icon appeared top left corner of my page, which doesn't load, so not sure when that appeared...or if that's anything to do with the problem!

Melissa, your custom page is still there, just as Janetts is, we just can't see our own custom pages as Janett said...

Thanks Melissa and the support team! It's good to be able to see my page again. I had made some changes while I could not see my page and was happy to find my blind efforts had worked out.

Thank You Melissa, it's nice to hear. Your talents run in a different direction. Not many could maintain and run a community site. It takes a lot of creativity and talent as well as desire. I know I am not alone when I say I appreciate the time and effort that goes into Sweet Caroline. It is nice for me to have a place where I can have a page that I can be creative with. Smiles!

Personal note: My mother in-law whom I loved very much always used 'Smiles' as a valediction. When she pasted a few years back I took it up in memory of her.

Notice that my page is only a theme and not highly customized. It takes a while to get the hang of customizing. You just have to play with it for a while. Don't be afraid of messing anything up because you can always click the "go back to the Sweet Caroline theme" and begin again. :)
