Hi Michelle,

I am born in Curacao (an Island that belongs to The Netherlands/Holland on the north coast of Venezuela), but I live now for some years on Sint Maarten (another Dutch Island, in the Caribbean, not so far from St. Kitts, Puerto Rico..). It's like Curacao a tropical island. We have nearly every day Sun, Sea and nice Strands. Although Sint Maarten it is a small island, it is pretty nice with friendly people. They say it  is the smallest island devided by 2 nations (The Netherlands and France). I live on the Dutch side, near the border of the French side. (The Dutch side is 34 km2).

So you live in Los Angeles? Isn't it the city where Neil Diamond lives? Brrrr., I am jealous, you living in America so near by this big super star? Never saw him walking/passing by? I have never been in LA, but have been for the first time in America two years ago (Tampa) for some days, where I took a cruisship to some islands in the Caribbean. I dream to come again to the states, but to see Neil performing there (his home).

PS: excusee my English. My native lenguage is Papiamentu (a mix between Spanish, Portuguese and Duth with African words) and express myself the best in Dutch (a lenguage of the Netherlands  we learn at school from small on).

Hi, I love to read this. A few weeks ago I was wandering how tall Neil was, and now I got the answer. That is pretty tall. For me it was turning the 6 feet to cm or meters (that's what we use overhere). Eventhough I have just met him, it happened so quickly that I didn't notice his length.I have to laugh to all the details of his appearance that you wrote about. Yes, he is good looking. I have to say that I focus more on his warm voice and the lyrics that go along with his tremendously composed music. I can't get enough from that. Thanks any how for the details. The man is fantastic!

Michelle glad you like my blog, I just can't help telling everyone how I feel about Neil. There are a ton of others who feel the same way that you and I do, that's why we are all here. Michelle I just read your post above My GirlFriend I thought that I was the only giddy one no I like you thought the same thing an feel the same it's as if we are one in the same except for the fact that your married with kids, an so on where as I am not but I won't say why as I just told you that I worry about Lynne as she tells to much online an it isn't safe an we all must be careful even if we are friends as we haven't met each other.......

Actually people have been saying he is 5' 9" even since I wrote this story/blog and that's what I figured he was, until I heard differentially. ....I'm glad he's tall, as I said.....

That is hysterical.  I always thought he was tall....or he paid short people to walk around with him.
